At home in Isle of Man, it’s called Hop Tu Naa and is a time for kids to sit outside the local shop with a pair of trackies and a Scream mask begging for a penny for the Guy. While Brits are starting to buy into the holiday, nobody does Halloween like New Yorkers. Here are a few photographs I took of their efforts around my neighborhood in Queens.
These householders are celebrating the birth of a baby girl in addition to Halloween. Oh and the Virgin Mary. Obviously.
